Mid-Autumn Festival invitation

ThinkChinese is organising a small event on Friday 23rd September in our office to celebrate a belated Mooncake Festival. The Mooncake Festival is one of China’s most celebrated events, in parallel to the Chinese New Year and the Dragon Boat Festival. This year it lands in mid September when the moon is the roundest and most bright. Round moon symbolises family reunion, which is depicted by the shape of mooncakes, hence the name of the festival.

We hope to host around 15 attendees including the TC team, our adult students, business contacts and people who are involved in education and culture. The celebration will start at 6pm and finish by 7:30pm – just short and sweet!

We hope it will be a great evening with social, mooncakes/snacks and musical entertainment.

We hope you will be able to make it.

*Please note that this event is by invitation only.
