The First Mandarin Proficiency Awards Ceremony in Jersey

The first Mandarin Proficiency Awards Ceremony is held in Jersey in June 2016 at JCG secondary school. This event is to celebrate our first group of 11 candidates, who took part in the Mandarin Proficiency Assessment (HSK1, HSK2) earlier this year. All candidates achieved their desired results through a few months course work. The candidates are at all ages with different background, among which three are students from JCG. Other professional includes people who work in finance, law and medicine.

We are delighted to have the Chief Minister, Ian Gorst, and a few school headteachers to celebrate the achievement with us on the day. All certificates were awarded by the Chief Minister following by a speech from the Owner of ThinkChinese, Briony Sun.

We hope this special day left mark on our students’ study life and becomes one of those to be long remembered.
